Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time
Retail orders (in-stock items from the MONDO Sports store) are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your label is created.

Custom academy and team store orders follow a separate production timeline — typically 4 to 8 weeks from artwork approval — since each piece is made to order. See our Terms of Service for details on custom order timelines.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer flat-rate Standard Shipping via USPS for $7.99, with delivery in 3–5 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed — factors like weather, high-volume periods, and carrier delays can affect transit time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us at hello@bemondo.co.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@bemondo.co — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we can't guarantee changes once a label has been created.

Lost or Stolen Packages
MONDO is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us and we'll help you look into it.
